Hi

I'm thinking of getting a chicco next to me crib and wondered if anyone has used one (or any other bedside sleeper) and what they thought of it?

Thanks

I have a snuz pod. It's the best purchase we made. Highly recommend it. My brother also had one and my best friend might be buying theirs off them.

got the chicco and its great. Quite spacious for baby, and really does attach well to the bed. its easy to move away too. I love it as baby goes into it and I can snuggle up close to him and rest a hand on him which helps him off to sleep.

We had the next to me crib and I would 100% recommend it.
It's so nice having my daughter so close to me but in her own space..

We have the chicco as well. Very spacious and allows you to snuggle up to baby whilst keeping them safe.

We had a snuzpod last time and will be using it again. I actually ended up using it as a crib for most of the time as DD (and I) slept better that way.

What I liked about the snuzpod was the option to remove the bassinet, i actually used to take it into the en suite so I could shower in peace while LO slept!

Thanks ladies - good to know you didn't think they were a complete waste of time. Tinselcat - it's not that one I'm looking at thankfully. So sad xx

We have the next to me. I'll be honest we've never used it as a bedside sleeper. It's pretty big and personally I didn't like how much room it took up at the side of the bed.

But the size is the reason we bought it in the first place and the reason I love it. It's the biggest crib we could find to fit in our bedroom and it's still lasted our baby up to five and a half months. I never thought we'd get six months out of it. I also like that the angle can easily be changed. It's not cheap but personally I think it's worth the money.

We have the chicco too...but no baby yet :)

Looking forward to testing it out xx

I have been looking at the snuzpod and chicco.

Im not pregnant yet but we got rid of Jacksons moses and crib to my little cousin so we will need to buy again and this time Im trying to be practical ie no moses and cribs and cots all over the place. I read the chicco bed size is bigger than snuz pod however I like the design of snuz and easily movable top, and it rocks..

The NCT looked like a bit of a troff imo lol, its nice, just not as nice as the other two. The NCT had an incident but the statement release says that the incident was caused due to the parents not buying the NCT new and didnt have instructions also put the baby on tummy and the babys head got caught on the flap bit as it was left half zipped which it tells you not to do? I could be wrong but I didnt read too much into it as I didnt like the asthetics lol.

xxxx

I've ordered the chicco, sending my new Moses basket mattress back now! Get back £10 spend £150 - oops xx
