Bedside crib bedding?

Hi girls, we have a Moses basket all ready with sheets etc, but my mums best friend has given us a bedside crib from mothercare her grandson has outgrown. It is bigger than the Moses basket so will last us longer. I've gotten some crib sheets, but do i need bumpers or anything? I've got the airwrap bumpers for our main cot bed as the lady in john Lewis recommended them for safety, but im unsure if i need anything for this mini cot to cushion the sides. First time mum here lol xx

I haven't bothered with bumpers at all, by the time they're able to wriggle wround to bump themselves off the sides, they're big enough to wriggle away again.

Thanks Kumber, my mum said she'd not bother as she'll be a tiny dot in the mini crib at first. Had visions of asking in mothercare for mini bumpers then being laughed out of the shop! X
