BBT how do you take yours??

Got my thermometer today and it suggests rectal reading??? Now I know where my rectal region is but the thought of shoving my BBT up it doesnt fill me with ideas of joy! So where dou take urs??

rectally is the most accurate apparently but orally is fine. consistency is the most important thing. make sure it is in the exact same place under your tongue and hold your tongue over it with your mouth tightly shut.

i used to stick mine up my floof! worked pretty well for me, even when I was doing shifts and getting up at wildly different times of the day.

yeah I read alot of ladies put it in their goodgirl. I think I would do that as it is close to your cervix womb and ovaries..
