Ballooning??

My little boy is 11 months and when my mum was looking after him last week she noticed how his winkle ballooned up with wee then he did a huge wee, she seemed concerned about this but after looking on the internet it is normal but she keeps saying to me to get him checked for a water infection but he has literally always been like this when he wee's.

Does anyone else have any experience of this and is it something I should get checked out?
