Has anyone down the old wives tale of the gender test using baking powder and got the correct results?

I've heard of this but haven't heard of the method...
But man does this sound bizarre!

There are so many old wives tales.. They're going to be true for somebody!

I tried it. It was wrong for me. Showed girl, but I'm having a boy!

That’s so interesting. I did the baking soda and wedding ring test and both predicted a boy.
