Forgotten how sore a back can get when your expecting!. I had to come home from work after lunch today as my back was killing me. It didn't help matters that I had to walk round the college collecting paperwork from each department, as our email system was down And madam decided to have a little kick and move around at the same time, which didn't really help! Any other ways to get some relief from the pain? I've been sitting down with a hot water bottle against my back, but it gets too hot after a while. I'll try to have a bath to see if that will help. Is there a safe alternative to physio, as I've had bad experiences in the past with this and don't really want to have it again.
