were due only a day apart, i had a scan last week and was told he wasnt engaged but by monday i seen my mw and she said his head was 'well down'. i was worried cause my wee one was taking so long cause everyone says you drop early with your first so i wouldnt worry about it too much. ive put it down to, he's male, so he's lazy. but my gran rekons little girls like to take their time and keep you waiting. its a female thing

5 days til b day you must be sooo excited looking forward to reading your story xx

hhaha i've been feeling lots of pressure down there so who knows, she could have snuggled down now!
my mum says if she's anything like me she'll be late
i have a MW appointment the day after i'm due for a check up and a sweep but no niggles yet so i could need it haha!

Odhrán was in perfect position from early on until I was in established labour he turned back to back... I must say I had mostly back labour, and the TENS machine worked great.. When I was then put on the bed on my back I found it harder to bear and went on g&a which helped LOTS, my mw encouraged me to go onto my side to help Odhrán turn.. So I went onto my left side and rocked and rocked and rocked until the second he was born :) naturally! Chances are your LO could turn before you go into labour, or do what Odhrán done.. I must admit, the moment he turned was sorer than any contraction, but a great relief to know things are going to plan :) try some rocking in the meantime.. And try not to worry too much.. Babies are a lot smarter than we give them credit for :) xx

wow febmum thanks, i'm gunna be rocking liek an old lady now hahaha!

not too bad, i've been getting on off headaches all of today and yesterday along with lower back ache :(
and earlier this evening i felt some sharp pains at the bottom of my bump down to my lady bits so i'm not sure if the means she's made a move down or not?
but i know she's still wriggling like a loon and jabbing me with her feet still hahaha

Oh the day I had Katie I had a really bad headache :eh:

it was pains/pressure i had in my bum that made me finally think mine had dropped, turned out he had :) so fingers crossed for you.

I feel your pain Rachel, my bubba has been back to back since 28 weeks :-/. I have been trying the movements etc but nothing has happened yet! I'm just hoping he/she will turn during labour if hasn't before. Do you find it strange that all the movements are at the front and side? Also when i have a cat nap and get up my belly is really distorted where bub has half turnt!!

Not long now chick :yay: so exciting!!

I delivered Jacob ( #2 ) with him back to back with no problems, it was a little bit more painful but it was ok. He turned as I was pushing him out. Lucas was slightly back to back but turned during labour xx

i know, four days  but i doubt she'll be here by my due date!
just her position is giving me awful back and hip ache, i just want her out nowwww :(

Aww bless you, when do you see the MW next. Hope you're managing to get some rest despite the pain honey. Can't wait to hear all about your little girls arrival xxx

i'm booked in the day after my due date for a sweep :)
yeah i have kinda, i was cleaning some mould that had formed on my walls today (my bedroom is next to the bathroom and we think the shower has a leak) and pupping some sealer on it with my mum and then i washed all babies bedding too and put it out to dry, oh and some general house work as the place looked like a tip after trying to avoid it all week i cracked haha but i think staying active has helped the back ache as i'm upright all the time so baby can't really put any pressure on my spine and i suppose i'm just not thinking about it either haha!

sounds like the nesting is kicking in not long now xx
