Back Pain

Hi all i will be 32 weeks pregnant on Monday i just had a warm bath about two hours ago and boy am i regretting it the pain all across my lower back is strong I can hardly walk I thought baths were supposed to ease aching muscles in later pregnancy
Has anyone else experienced this and what could I do to ease the backache

hiya ive got the same and baths dont really help. try something cold on your back it normally helps me

I spoke to maternity assessment and she says I may have trapped a nerve in my back when I got out of bath but pain wasn't instant it took an hour or so before it started hurting
