She was really nice, took just over an hour to book me in, did bloods and asked loads of questions. She thinks I've got the startings of spd though and i'm being referred for physio asap

but other than that all well :cheer:

symphisis pubic dysfunction- it's where the two halves of your pubic bones soften cos of your extra hormones and move about or rub.

i think

My sis had that with 2 out of 3 of her pregnancies and it got really bad with the third.

Just keep your hips as straight as possible and if it does get bad, they can give you a belt and also physio for it that can help. They will also tell you that during labour you should keep your hips parallel and try to get the bed near the wall so one leg is supported by a wall and the other by your partner.

she said I could be walking with crutches at worst but would more than likely get a belt to wear
