Baby!

Just wanted to let you know about our new baby!

Had a traumatic week, basically started in lslow abour Monday night which gradually got worse but i was found to not be dilated. Stuggled on at home til wed night where i went in and was 5cm dilated but baby back to back! Thats why it was going slowly.
Anyway after hours wasnt dilating more so had waters broken and ended up on a drip to speed things up. They noticed babies head was flexed up and hoped it would come down with the contractions but afte more hours i wasnt dilating anymore (this was due to position of baby)and no change to baby position.

On thursday a.m i ended up with emergency c-section, which was really upsetting but we had been through so much and no more could be done.

Little baby Charlotte Amy was born on 13th sept and was 8 pounds. She is gorgeous and i got out of hospital last night which wasnt bad considering everything.

Charlotte had also pooed her meconium inside me so they were worried she might be distressed. All in all we had lots of things happen that made it quite traumatic experience but the outcome is ou beautiful baby girl

Will be on in few days when things cal down, hope everyone is ok

know what u mean my baby was in distress apparently unknown to me tho. she also pooped inside me (meconium) both released next day tho. will have to do my birth story while its still fresh in my head. will write it down so i can show Emily when shes old enough.i got ok'd fri evening and she got ok'd to go home sat afternoon.
