i keep reading that baby walkers can delay walking at this age do they mean the sit in ones or the push along ones?

how can baby walkers delay walkin?????
Jamies been in his since 5mths, walks around perfectly with no bowed legs etc, when ur holdin him he will walk properly so i dont understand how they can delay walkin when its taught him???
