Baby sleeping through=sore boobies!!!

Hi my 11 week old has just started sleeping mainly all night. He goes from 10pm to 5am roughly. This is fantastic however what do I do about breast feeding!!!?? My boobies are so full and painful in the morning! Will my body just adjust or am I supposed to wake him for a feed?? Having had 2 previous babies who never slept through not sure what to do!!!

Best bet id say is express some off to store
If not... Your supply will adjust eventually to meet babies needs x

Enjoy him sleeping through and long may it last!! I didn't breastfed either of my two but they have both been fab sleepers, going through from a similar age and I never woke either for a feed at night, I always let them wake me.

As for your milk, I'd have thought your supply will adapt in time. Expressing might help in the short term but would also encourage your supply to continue through the night.

Give it a few days and your boobs should adjust. My Lo started only getting up once a night for a while and I was sore the first few mornings but it gets better

Thanks ladies just I had mastitis at the beginning which was soooo painful I really don't want to get it again. Fingers crossed he continues to sleep and my body adjusts accordingly

I used to express before bed when my baby started sleeping through, after a few days though my boobs adjusted.
