Baby Movements very low down

Hi guys, needed some reassurance I've been feeling baby move on and off for a couple of weeks. But today they feel so low down like in my vagina area? is this normal. i feel like a foot is going to come through! (Nearly 19 weeks)

I've had a previous miscarriage due to an infection opening my cervix and had a cervical length last week which showed everything was OK. I'm petrified that my cervix may be shortening.

Is feeling movements so low normal?

All my movements are really low down i never feel anything at the front due to anterior placenta.
Often feels like baby is trying to kick his way out but its all perfectly normal.
