Baby jogger city elite double pushchair

Hi ladies

Does anybody have this double and what are your thoughts on it?

I have read a review that it is quite high and if you are under 5'4" then it comes up to your chest and is not the best, I am only 5'2".

I can't find anywhere in essex to go and try it and I am driving myself crazy between this and the phil & teds side by side. DD will be 21 months when lo is due.
