Baby care with a broken arm

Does anyone have any tips on how to take care of a baby one-handed? I fell and broke my arm today and I can't bear weight on my left arm. I'm in a splint and a sling and can't bend my elbow. My daughter is 2 months old. Her body is longer than my forearm so I'm finding a one arm scoop to be pretty much impossible. She still needs a hand to support her head. My husband is taking care of her now but he works full time so can't take care of her all the time. I'm looking for techniques that might help me be able to safely pick her up with one arm and any one-handed bottle feeding techniques.
