Baby blues?

I dunno if its events from the last few weeks getting on top of me now but I feel really down
Also cant get this feeling that I failed with breast feeding out of my head even tho Erika is happy and gaining weight.
I've got my 6 week check on Monday so will talk to nurse then.
Also gonny ask my friend K to go wi me as knowing me I will get there n tell nurse all is fine when its not.
Also mums been here since Erika n she went back home to Glasgow this morning so now I'm on my own thru the day.
Luckily I have good friends n neighbours close by.

hello, i think it is probably normal to feel like this, i bet loads of people feel the same
its good youre taking a friend to 6wk check as you do need to discuss what your feelings are etc. hopefully youll mention all this at appointment and they will give you some decent advice
