Baby Acne?

My LO is 3 weeks old and in the past week or so has developed what looks like acne all over his face- around and on the eyelids, cheeks, chin. Has anyone else had this with their LO and how long does it last? Me and my OH have been wiping his face with warm water from cotton wool balls or baby wipes throughout the day (mainly before and after each feed). Are there any creams that I should be using or should I stick to water?I haven't put anything in the water as I don't want to irritate his skin further...

My son had it quite bad. I used olive oil on his face and abit of oilatum cream. It did take afew weeks to clear.

used a bit of olive oil - and it literally disappeared overnight a couple of weeks later!

was so hard not to pick!!
