What a load of crap!!!

When I was in hospital I went through the whole catalogue and picked out all the lovely things I wanted - now I've gone online to order and about 70% is out of stock!! Seriously - every section, such as bedding or clothing has about 2 pages of in stock stuff, followed by 6 pages of out of stock!!!

It says you may be able to collect from store but that's no good for me as it's miles away, I don't drive and I'm meant to be resting! So I've sent them an email telling them how crap they are and have done my shop with Mothercare online instead!! xxx

Lol, they should know better than to disappoint a hormonal pregnant woman, lol. I am disappointed as they had some really lovely clothes there which I prefer to Mothercare - the cutest little snow suit with ears I wanted!! xx

Yet are rubbish online I wanted all the I love my bear stuff to find 90% of it wasn't in stock and I know that's not getting discontinued they r just crap online luckily there is a big store near me and I managed to pick everything up x

Yes I think that snowsuit I wanted was I love my Bear or the loved and adored range....so cute!! xx

Their rubbish in store ATM too! Nothings in stock!
When I brought something online, I paid for next day delivery between 8am-9pm so i stayed in all day and it was 2 days late! I'll never get anything online again!

I find this with all bloody online shops!! everything i want is always out of stock... i love next for babys clothes but theyre online are nearly always out of stock of the things i want.. always says to pick up in store.. bit hard when i live 3000 miles away in turkey grr

thats so odd, i was just sitting with my list of i love my bear stuff ready to order this afternoon as well!!!!! and i'm sorry, its already mid february!! (thats when the stock is due)

I can only find 1 mobile that would complete my nursery and it's from babies r us but obv it's out of stock . Just typical and says i can pick it up from store but the closest that has it is 95 miles away !

check ebay ladies you will get them much cheaper and most things are as good as new because only a baby as used them xx

have you tried calling the store and ask them if they would post it to you?
offer to pay by card over the phone with a couple of quid extra for posting....you never know they might do it for you

yeah it all depends on who answers the phone at most shops lol
whether you get someone who can be bothered or not
