BA and BS from Ex Lurker as promised

Hi - just a quick one to say my son was born on Friday 27th June, induction progressed well but no room on labour ward so had 48 hour wait. Only on labour ward for 2 hours before midwife said baby was showing signs of distress and docs quickly agreed and had emergency C-Section. My little boy scout had tied a knot in his cord!

Oliver William was born at 18:41, weighing 9lb 8oz. He and I have done great and it is brilliant to be home with my new son.

Will post pic when learn how.

Aww congrats on you're new arrival!! I'm glad the C-section went well and you're both doing well, even if it wasnt quite what you'd planned.
