Whos due in August??Im due on the 29th on the day of one of my very good friends wedding which she has been planning for 18mnths and i cant even tell her i wont be going yet !!!!but hey looking soooo forward to the birth instead (NOT)x

OMG - Nikki same for me except worse; we are due on 23rd August( ) which is the wedding date of one of my BEST friends for whom I am meant to be a bridesmaid!!!!!!!!!

She may actually kill me dead. Ok, probably not - she's a lovely person and will probably be really happy for us but I know she'll be really disappointed

Am going to speak to her this week as I don't think it's fair to leave it too late...wish me luck!

Hi Haven't had a scan yet but according to my dates am due on 13th August. Bummer about your friends wedding but it will be for a good reason.

I havnt had a scan yet either but have given my date as the 29th!!
Baby Blonde you are due on my sisters birthday and all i hope for us all is that its not a hot summer we have to go thro as when my Mum was pregnant with my Sister it was the summer of 89 when we had the heat wave and my poor mum went thro hell swollen ankles the lot!!!But then i guess if Summer this year was anything to go by we wont have another!!!!!x

Definitely with you on that one - I don't do well in the heat as it is!

Would be sods law though wouldn't it - we have about 2 years where Summer is noteable by its absense, then the summer we'd like it to be cooler it's a bloody scorcher.....

My edd from fertility friend is the 26th, but i've got an appointment for a scan next week which touch wood will give us a more definate date

Im due 23rd August too! But I havtn had a scan, would be amazed if its much different though as we only bd on one decent day!! and my cyles are (were for a while hopefully) very regular!

I am very scared about melting and my feet exploding in the heat!

My friend made a valid point the other day - that being 1-2 weeks late would make the difference of a whole school year!!!!

Oh and very true...so sad

Coz Aaliyah was born in October but her cousin was born in the May before....she will have to wait until next year now to go to school and he goes in 9 months time

I know babayblonde! Its exciting! Have to wait for my scans and its my second and my first was 10 days early, so really it would be very fluke of we did have them on the same day! At least we can compare notes all the way!

i thought that about the school year the other day BB. Its crazy how we do sept-aug for the school year, as opposed to Jan - Dec like Australia do. xx

I met someone on the coach i get to work last time, her little boy was 11 days late, mine was 10 days early and they were born within 4 hours of each other!! So its deff possible!! Im praying for us that its not too hot
