at work with a stinking cold!!

Ooooh i feel terrible!!
My nose hasnt stopped running all day, i can only breathe out my mouth...
My head is so heavy and my eyes are burning :'(
What can i take to make me feel better?
Got an hour left at work then bed x

Ive got one too, its horrible. Paracetemol is fine to take.
