are u bouncing or rocking??

Both!! When my back is sore I like to kneel on the floor and lie over the ball and rock my hips side to side! But mainly bounce on the ball! X

I'm rocking at the moment but only as its good exercise for my pelvis and tummy, think when I get nearer to due date I'll probably bounce more!!! although am scared of popping it if I bounce too hard with my big bum as it was quite a cheap one!!! Lol!!!

I got a gym ball the other day to "bounce" on, its a Reebok one so that I can do normal excercises on it after the birth, but I've only just sat on it and rolled my hips around cos I don't know how I should be bouncing on it and I'm scared of bursting it and going flat on my ass!

Any tips ladies? x

The antenatal physio therapist said to me just sitting still on a ball whilst watching tv can tone your tummy as you are constantly having to keep your balance, so I started with that, and I did my nip and zip exercises and pelvic floor exercises whilst sat on it rather than on a normal chair. I've added a small rocking backwards and forwards with my pelvis motion now I have got my confidence up, but I am still not quite at the bounce stage yet!

I got a ball yesterday! I was using it earlier because I had trapped wind and I thought rocking would help! Lol xx

where can i get a cheap ball from, sounds like a good idea...?

I got the davina mcall pilates one from Argos for 9.99 I think? It was the only one that had a large enough weight allowance  some of the Reebok ones have a max weight of 15st and I'm over that already and certainly will be by time bubs is ready to come out! Davinas has a weight limit of 24st I think so I should be safe from bursting lol!

I like to gently bounce on mine, it's so comfy as well so I like to just sit on it lol

I also have the cabins one from argues, funky green colour and a hig weight allowance :)

I'm going to start bouncing like a crazy woman from tomoro.. I want bubs out :)
