Are boiled eggs ok to eat?

Am I ok to eat boiled eggs if they are really hard boiled?

I went to visit a friend this morning who was eating boiled eggs on ryvita. Now I really have a strong craving for the same! LOL Will they be ok if I boil them for about 20 mins???

You dont need to boil them for 20 mins, i think 12 would be enough.

I still have a craving for runny boiled eggs, its so unfair

I absolutely LOVE poached eggs on toast with a really runny yolk and its really upsetting me that i can't have them....... OH thinks its hysterical that I keep going on about wanting them.....

Thanks ladies. I had the lovely hard boiled eggs on ryvita. Unfortunately they repeated on me really bad all afternoon. Think I'm gonna give them a miss for a while.
