i really want to do aquanatel, but there is none in my area ( well its not showing up on my local pool timetable)
it look like so much fun and good exercise too, glad you had a good time hun xx

Yes I think so not done aqua fit but I bet it's the same x

Miss pink that's a shame it is taken by a midwife so got a chance to as acouple of questions after as well which was good cx

Great Fairy, I have a local one, but sktill trying to find a decent fat lady cossie !

Did you actually get much chance to meet and talk to the other mums to be, or were you too busy doing the class, then gettign changed etc?

There is a class local to me and that is really good. I was most impressed when the instructor said "this class isnt about getting fit, it is about keeping mobile in everyday life and chatting to people"
