Aqua-Natal Classes

Hi all,

Been a while since I last posted but everything going well, I must say pregnancy is the best thing to ever happen to me, I have never felt better!

Anyway just a quickie, wanted to know if anyone had been to Aqua Natal classes and if they thought it was worth going? There are not many places that do them and the nearest one to me is a 20min drive away.

Thanks would be great to hear what you thought of the class. Will you be going to a day class or evening? I found only 2 places which I could get to which offered evening classes and am going to give it a go on Wednesday.
