Aqua natal

I am thinking about going to an aqua natal class...has anyone ever been ? what are they like?

i wanted to go to one of these but my local swimming baths said "they had cancelled classes as there wasnt enough pregnant women this year" pfft

I wouldnt go myself as Id be too self conscious but I think it would be really good

I used to go to Aqua aerobics which was great so I'm hoping to go along. I just wish I had a pg friend to go with!
