Hi lovelies

So I have been using an app called strawberry for the last 12 months just to record my cycle.

I am considering getting a thermometer and starting to temp as unsure when I ovulate. Couldn't get on with opks....just never felt sure when they were positive or not.

Any suggestions for something not overly complicated cos I will give up quickly lol.

Also can you transfer historical info onto any as don't want to lose the data I already have....like enter past periods?

TIA

I found that Glow was simple to follow . Asks you for data during your cycle eg cm type, ovulation test. Gives you a percentage each day so let’s you know when’s best to try. Not sure about transferring data though? X

I use Flo, which I felt had a simple, easier and better design to FertilityFriend. I liked Ovia too, but I started with Flo so I will stick with that.

I'm not sure about importing past history? I'm sure if you include the last 2-3 months manually, that might be enough?

I've just downloaded Glow to see what that's like. Let me put in 12 months of data....had to do one at a time but didn't take long. Quite like the idea that record moods etc with it. Especially as I am very mood swingy always before AF x

I've never used an app. I just log things in a little book and that's always worked for me. I also don't go for too much faff. I just lose interest and forget lol. Personally I found temping to be a total faff. I'm not a morning person so maybe that's just me. I found OPKs much more straightforward but I did see a pattern fairly easily. I have very regular cycles so I've now stopped using them as it seems pointless for me now.

I used Natural Cycles and Flo but didn't get on with either of them. Conceived first month of using Fertility Friend - it has a really extensive list of extra info inputs and is really easy to use too. I also found the chart and info a lot easier to read. Good luck! xx
