The rules are: When you are hungry, eat;
Eat what you want;
Eat consciously
and Stop eating when you think you are full.
personally this wouldnt work for me..... i would just always be eating xx
rule 2... eat what you want... what if i fancied a fry up for brekkie??? a kebab for tea???? tht would be my daily fat intake at last 5 times over. so i definately wouldnt lose weight
