at pawn shops?

i have a few necklaces and bracelets that i dont wear and got from my ex that i want rid of and me and OH could do with the money.
My question is, do you generally get a good price for them? does anyone recomend something else? i need the money by next weekend really

Both me and DH were engaged/ married before and needed some cash once so pawned our old rings, we didnt know what else to do with them so it seemed like a good idea. We got a good price, about half what they cost i think. We were chuffed anyway and its good to get that crap out of the house, bad vibes i say..........

ill settle for that lol....iv got 5 necklaces and about 5 bracelets...hoping for get about £20-£30 for them....got 9ct white gold chain and the rest 9ct gold or silver
