Anyone on Pregaday tablets?

Hi there,

Been on Pregaday this week because I am anaemic but I was just wondering if anyone else was taking them?

When I take them in the morning I feel bloated and sick for most of the day - Anyone else had this?

Also -tmi SORRY- but I was warned that I'd be constipated maybe but I've had the opposite problem.... Just wondering if anyone else had these symptoms too??

Do you have any advice ? I was thinking of switching to taking them at bedtime - do you think this will be ok?

Hi there,

I was advised to take Pregaday for my anaemia to because I was symptomatic. I haven't started taking it yet and I am thinking that maybe I will increase my Iron intake in my diet instead after reading your bits. My HB is 10.9 so only border line and they didn't seem to think it would make a lot of difference with me being 5 days overdue anyway!!!!
