what it means to have posterior position of cervix i just been in to have sweep but they couldnt do much it was soft but not stretchable?? i cant belive it there gona induce me on wed but hopefully she'll make an apperance before then. thanks if u can help ladies xxx

Not 100% but I think it is where your cervix maybe tilts the wrong way?? I think Becks_again had this too, her cervix was tilting back.....???

I might be remembering that wrong though......

I think mine was...it was really far back and tilted to one side...I was induced but never progressed past 2.5cm in 2 days. The worse part was the internals, every time one was done, the midwife couldnt reach it so had to get a second person try....I had 12 internals over 2 days!! Ended up with c section
