it hurts for a few days after. the more mobile you are though the quicker it heals (by this i mean just walking around the house. not going to the gym or anything!) id say i felt my best by about day 9. good luck! x

no worry of me going the gym hahaha, i told the midwife at the hospital today i plan to milk this resting stuff for as long as the OH will put up with it haha
