Any tips to help curb my excitement?

:lol:Can't stop laughing Karen......I have total baby brain and am utterly thick some times. Sorry for not realising it was you sooner. Doh!!!! xx

Im drinking far too much fizzy juice too even the caffeine free stuff i think i should be cutting out but that is probably why you are hyper you are a very cheerful bubbly person anyway so all that extra sugar has to go somewhere lol

Babyt brain has hit both Paul and me he gets his words mixed up as do I I forget what Im meant to be doing or going to say then when I do speak it comes out wrong

xx

my boss apparently said to my friend the other day that 'baby brain has sent Gayle into melt down'!!!! Bloody cheek, I do tend to agree but not happy that shes pointed it out!! To my knowledge Ive not been any different that she should notice, and if anything I have been working harder. Wasn't that when I put in a 15 hour day last week and made myself ill! no......go away then rude people :)

I give up trying to pretend I am not excited, happy, giddy and stupid. I'm going to be a mummy and ever so proud!

As for the fizzy juice, I just cant help it.....its more of a need than a want right now :) the only thing I worry is I will make baby C hyper. Stewart says its bad enough me being annoying and hyper! lol!! xx

Enjoy it, enjoy it, enjoy it!
Pregnancy flies by far too quickly & it will be gone before you know it. How about keeping a personal diary with your thoughts and feelings to show baby when he/she is older? Maybe you could focus some of your energy that way. Either in a book or a video diary.
My 1st pregnancy was so enjoyable and it went in the blink of an eye. I wish I had kept some record of my excitement. That's not to say that I'm not excited this time, but with all the will in the world, I just don't have the energy or time to focus on #2 in the same way.

Keeping a daily diary and my pregnancy journal. I hope it will be something nice to look back on. I used to love reading the one mymum wrote for me. She said same though, was too hard to do one by time my brother was on the way. Xx
