As title says I would really like to look into this and wondering if you have any recommendations?
Thanks

I used the natal hypnotherapy ones which I felt worked for me!

Natal hypnotherapy as well. Obviously not had the chance to put it into practice yet but it is very relaxing :)

Same as Princess, I have cd's and also read the book, found it very informative. If anything i'm looking forward to the birth now not dreading it like I did when I first got pregnant. go for it, I say!

I used the Maggie Howell natalhypnotherapy cd too, I didn't have the book just the cd, I did buy the American hypnobirthing book and cd but didn't get on with it. I found listening to the natalhypnotherapy cd really helped me and made a huge difference to my labour and the way i felt the days immediately after the birth. So I defo recommend it :-)

Totally agree! I truly believe it helped me during labour. I didn't do the class just listened to the cd. I was induced by drip at 40+12 and just had gas and air. I was 4cm anyway with out pain. I really recommend it. I had a quick recovery too x x

Well i orded it and it is now in my possesion, had a little listen last night and it is very realxing im thinking mayeb Im a little early to be listening to it all the way through now but from what ive heard so far like it! Thanks for the reccomendations XXX

I try to listen to it 3 or so times per week. Sometime she really puts me "under" and the only time I come round is when she counts me back into the room. It's only happened a handful of times for me, but it's really strange how it works!! Good luck with it :)
