Hi :) I’m having a confusing time at the mo and just wondering if anyone has any similar stories...
I’m 33, have been TTC since September. Fairly regular cycles (28-31 days) with positive OPK and temperature rises.
However, my last period was on 7th April... since then nothing - no pos OPK, no temperature rise, and no positive pregnancy test...
Feeling slightly nauseous but that’s not uncommon for me, and some slight weight gain (but haven’t been eating particularly healthily) but no other symptoms.
Hubby has focused on the ‘no period’ thing and is convinced I am pregnant...
I have a GP appointment on the 21st but am going crazy trying to work out if I could be pregnant or if I have some other hormonal issue and I’ve just stopped ovulating...
Help, thoughts and advice very welcome!

I can't advice just want to send hugs and fingers crossed for your doctors appointment

Sounds like you just didn't ovulate. It's surprisingly common, and totally normal to have it happen once or twice a year. If you don't ovulate you don't get the hormone surge and subsequent drop that triggers your period. Eventually your uterine lining will get too thick and you'll have a breakthrough bleed.. When it happened to me my cycle was 45 days but it's not uncommon to go above 60. As you've now missed 2 periods, doc might need to give you some tablets to induce a period and restart your cycle.

You could be pregnant but if you've been getting negative tests I'd say it's unlikely. Hopefully you are though :)

Thanks WinterWolf, I think that’s what I was suspecting but as I’m now on CD 65 I wasn’t sure if that was ‘too long’ in effect. I’ll just try and stop overthinking it til I get to the Dr’s

Assume the pregnancy tests are all negative? They might do a blood test to confirm.
