I've been charting my temperature since Aug, but only this month have started using opk. So I don't know how long after ovulation your temperature rises. I got a positive opk on the 24th & 25th, it's now the 28th & my temperature hasn't started risen yet. I'm really confused & abit gutted that it hasn't risen yet as I'm now thinking I havent ovulated.
Can anyone tell me when your temperature normally rises after your first positive opk? For those that don't know me I have irregular cycles, my last cycle was 63 days & I'm now on cycle day 23.
I was really excited when I got a positive & nowim doubting it.
