Are there any I can take?

All say consult a doctor but I can't get an appointment for 3 weeks (which is good for our surgery) and I can't stand itchy eyes and runny nose any longer!

I take cetrizine for allergies and hayfever and was told by my GP that if I was too uncomfortable without it to continue taking it as normal (nasal sprays and eye drops do nothing for me at all, these I think are usually recommended first but I didn't look into it as pointless for me). However I've actually managed without and am now hoping to hold off until birth now I'm at 38 weeks. She said they don't test the products on pregnant ladies and so there isn't enough data to know which is the best option. I would see a doctor first though, things change all the time.

Yea I've noticed they are a lot more open to giving meds in pregnancy now. They point blank refused to give me anything with my son nearly 9yrs ago.

Depending on what your allergy is you could try a plastic thing for your nose. It's not pleasant and can be seen (up close) but helps a lot to filter out pollen, dust etc. Google woodyknows. Worth a try. Helped me out a lot tho for the eyes sunglasses were needed. Good luck.
