ante-natal class today

so had my all day class today and loved it.

found it very interesting and learnt quite alot that i didnt already know.

i now feel so relaxed about the whole thing and can't wait to go into labour and experience it all. want to do it as naturally as possible etc.

i know however that i still have no idea what its like so am only saying what i would hope will happen. just feel alot more confident in myself and my body if you know what i mean. xxx

Glad it went well for you. Me and OH are off to our first NCT class tomorrow and are feeling a bit nervous about it all. Can't wait though to do something 'proper' !
