another question!

has anyone had their EDD changed after their first scan? and did that date prove to be more accurate than dating from ur last period?

I had about 4 dating scans they put me back or forward every time on one they gave me a due date which meant i couldn't of been pregnant when i tookmy pregnancy test, i would just go by your instinct and let them mess about with the dates

at my bookin appointment me and my midwife worked out i would be about 13 weeks pregnant and that my duedate would be around the 22nd of august but at my datin scan they put me back to 9 weeks and 6 days so my due date was changed to the 7th septmeber

When i went for my dating scan with my first they put me back 3 weeks then changed it when i was further on because i was measuring nearly 3 weeks bigger at each antenatel, so they changed my edd from the 11th december to the 18th november and i had her on the 27th november

my first scan said 22nd jan....

my period due date was 4th jan


about 10 scans after the 1st scan ALL said 15th jan...

They changed mine twice thw first date they said was 1st Jan then the 4th of jan but my dates and last period it was 21st dec Ellie was born on 29th dec i was induced. I would just go by your dates if i were you. Hope this helps.

i agree dating scans are useless, they will come when they want to come, scans only give you a guideline...

My due date from my period was 15th February but when I went for a scan they gave me the Due date 5th March! All the way through I was measuring big for the dates they gave me and Brody was born on 17th February!
But as everyone else says baby will come when baby is ready! It would be nice to have a definate date though but unfortunately it rarely happens like that!

thanx girls! my last AF was on 25th august and i just have a really strong feeling LO was conceived on OH's birthday (7th september). i cant be certain coz we werent TTC so i wasnt keeping track of fertile days... i just have a feeling it was that day (intuition?)!
but they put my date from 31st may back to 10th june. i really hope the first one's correct as i cant wait to meet LO!
