andrews salts

i have had a bit of a sickness bug and my stomach still isnt great.. Does anyone know if its safe to take andrews salts ??

I would not take it. If you are constipated, have her drink aloe vera juice or prune juice. Make sure she eats lots of fiber and green veggies. Water is very important in helping in that area too. Good luck.
