Of late I have been feeling under the weather experiencing dizziness, blurred vision, sickness and shortness of breath - I put this down to getting towards my due date and getting bigger etc. I am now overdue by 3 days!!!!!! However after being sick 
the early hours of yesterday moring and an exacerbation of the above symptoms I thought it would be wise just to call my local maternity unit in Weston super mare for reassurance especially for my OH who seems to worry more than I do. They told me that I had to attend St.Michaels Hospital, Bristol as they are just a MW run unit and had no Dr's on hand.
I have to say that they were fantastic at St.michaels and very helpful. Baby was fine on CTG
and has been noted as very active not sure "active" is exactly what you want to hear when your overdue but I am obviously glad that baby's ok. I had bloods taken as well as various other tests and was told to call back in the morning for my results.
Called them this morning at 10 to be told that I have a low HB and that the Dr would call me back with advice as to where to go next. I am still waiting as he/she was in theatre, which I understand is a priority over me but I am now getting a little frustrated as it's two and a half hours later. I know that I am moaning and probably should just be grateful that they will call me at some point but I am stuck at home
