Ally1979 has had her baby!

Congratulations hun!!

Text Ally this morning to find out how things were going after all the hassle the other week with the consultants.
She replied that she had her lovely little baby yesterday!

Sofia Rose 7/11/2008 born at 3.20
Term + 14 (according to hospital - term according to Ally )

Her waters broke early wed but nothing happened until 1.20 yesterday. Apparently it was REALLY quick, she went from 5cm to having Sofia in seconds! and she managed on just gas and air She didn't even get a chance to go through the pushing! Great stuff

She's a busy bee at the moment but I'm sure she'll be on here when she can

Thanks everyone, we got home yesterday but in the midst of nappies, boobs and bottles i have not had time to sit down until now. Labour was a shocker, 26 mins!! MW had left the room and Rich had to press the panic button as he saw the panic in my eyes cos i could feel her coming and there was nothing i could do to stop her!! I shall post the full story over on the birth story bit.
MW's are very proud that i stuck to my guns about the dates and refused the induction, it was the talk of the maternity ward lol funny how i never saw a consultant for dust afterwards hmmmmmmm.
