All over?

Went to epu on Thursday to check that bean had implanted in the right place, consultant couldn't see anything, said it was too early, I have another appointment for a scan on Thursday. Also had bloods done, the level was 1046, also had bloods done yesterday and they have dropped loads to 345.
I've started bleeding today, I know I'm miscarrying, I expected it really after hearing how my levels had gone down so much.
I'm just numb at the moment, I don't know how else to describe it
