ahhh im so scared!

today i have my bloods which doesnt really bother me too much BUT i also have my first anti-d im so scared of it! have my appointment at 10am, i really dont want to go! how on earth will i handle labour when im scared of a needle in my bum

mine ws in my arm so no gaurentee it will be in your bum. but if it is, stand on the other leg it will hurt less.

Don't worry about it, I got mine in my bum but it wasn't so much in my bum as just below my trouser line. I could have it either arm or bum - figured my bum had more padding so went for that option and it was fine

Walking and sitting wasn't a problem

You get anti-d if you have rhesus negative blood.

i had anti-d and was nothing different than a blood test, just a tiny sting, honest. good luck.

nope mine is in my bum, my mw took great pleasure in telling me this at my 24 week appointment!

It doesnt feel like anything more than when you have a blood test tho, the stinging i mean, its just a sting for a few seconds. I was petrified of mine but it really wasnt that bad at all and was over really quickly.

didnt feel a thing, my MW has been given extra brownie points

baby is back to back but plently time to move around etc, everything else is perfect, see her again in 3 weeks and i should be getting a letter about my classes soon
