i smoked a pack and a half.. i quit smoking september 9th 2006,cold tirkey. Its not that hard if your serious about it...i was VERY addicted and when me and my OH started trying to conceive i thought it better to quit..i didnt want to get pregnant and end up still smoking..i didnt want any bby of mine being exposed to such yuckiness, and all of the health risks....so i quit. I am willing to offer help and support to anyone who needs it
