Agnus Castus & Dong Quai

I'm desperate to get my BFP next month as I'm sure we missed it this month. Anyway I have ordered more OPK's and Agnus Castus. Will be stocking up on grapefruit juice too!

Anyway my question......... is anyone else trying this, if so when do you take it? Is it from Day 1 until ovulation only?

Take Angus castus from day one to ov, but not dong quai as its a natural blood thinner and can only be taken from end of af to ov.

I drank the grapefruit from end of af to ov aswell.

I got pg the month I had all of those and I used preseed

Oh and of your taking the forumla one (has both angus and dong in) you can only take it from end of af to ov, but it still worked for me
