age or weight?

Ezzie now weighs 6.5kg which on the cow&gate formula tub is a 4 month old she is only 11 weeks today, my question is do you make bottles up based on age or weight?? thanks in advance xxx

I just do it on how much she wants as Tegan is 6.1kg But 22 weeks old! she has 4 6oz bottles a day x

yeah my lucy is 7 weeks old tommorow and at last weigh in was 12lb 6 oz!! (she was 10lb at birth), so she doesnt fall under any of the guidelines on the formula tins. i tend to make up 150ml bottles and sometimes she takes them all sometimes she leaves a bit just hit and miss really. xx but she seems happy xx

Ollie is 17 weeks and weighs 15lb 1oz but only takes 4-5oz per bottle (5 bottles a day) but we make a 6oz bottle each time just in case he wants a little extra (sometimes hard to tell how much is actually left in the bottle as they tend to start from 2oz measurements)
