Advice on possible Implementation Bleed

I am new to this and just wanted some advice. My partner and I have been trying to concieve since June. I fell at the first attempt but we miscarried in August. We were careful last month to give my body a full cycle at the doctors recommendation, and I had a full and regular period. I am not due until Friday but yesterday had some spotting and today also when wiping. Asides from one time this morning when it was quite full on and red, it has been a diluted pink colour. I am also beginning to get cramps today. I looked this up this morning on the intranet as its all new to me and read about implementaiton bleed. I just really want some confirmation that I should just sit and wait. That I shouldnt be going to the doctor or anything??? thanks.
