Hi all, First post on here In a looooooong, i found out I was pregnant with my 3rd baby a few weeks ago, had midwife app last Friday. I have been seriously ill with morning sickness, unable to get out of bed or move some days! This started at 6 weeks and is still very much the same now at 10 weeks 6 days. My belly is also fairly large!
My midwife used the Doppler on my belly started on the left side by my hip, found a clear heartbeat, she then moved Doppler over my belly and found heartbeat on the right hand side, again by my hip. We suspected twins, had an ultrasound today and could only see one baby, I am 10 weeks 6 days.
My question is, can you hear babies heartbeat on both sides so early in pregnancy?
I have been rebooked for another scan on the 2nd January to see if twin was just hiding!?
