Im having the worst acne ever! I always got the occasional breakout around my period but now I have bumps ALL over my face AND body! My midwife said it's common but I really dont know how to handle it. is anything that can help??

Don't think there is much you can do when its hormonal. I'm 12 weeks tomorrow and have woken up to pimples all over my face today so I feel your pain! I never really had acne as a teen so I'm feeling really self conscious!!

Tea tree oil usually helps mine if I like soak a cotton wool pad in water and then add a few drops of tea tree oil xx
